Handed To Me

My ass.  

It was handed to me.  

Instead of having our normal practice - returning an endless stream of volleys with specific shots (hairpin, dropshot, drive, etc), we had a little in-house tournament playing 1-v-1, half court games to 5.

I lost.

6 times no less.

And I thought I was getting good at badminton!!

Apparently that could not be further from the truth since I managed to score zero - ZERO - points against my coach and a lowly 4 points against the other teacher who practices badminton with me.*

Despite the shame of losing so horribly, it was a great practice!  Here's some clips at how the matches looked.

*There used to be 6 other teachers who played, but since the start of second term it's just me and Park Duck-ju (one of the 5th grade homeroom teachers)
